Job description

Onsite at Ball Memorial Hospital. Full-time from 6:30a-3p with an every other weekend and holiday rotation. Facilitates the accurate delivery of clean linen to designated departments and assigned areas in a fast paced, physically demanding environment. Collects soiled linen and transports it to the appropriate holding area. Works effectively as part of a team to unload linen delivery trucks, which requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing. Assists with organizing and cleaning the linen area and prepares carts to ensure a smooth operation for the following day. With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience is required. - High School Diploma/GED preferred. - Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. - 1+ years of experience in order stocking and filling is preferred. - Some assignments may require the ability to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment.
