The Accounting Clerk II is an entry-level, transactional accounting role responsible for supporting accounts payable processes. This position focuses on high-volume vendor invoice processing, data entry, and validation of invoice information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include vendor invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, and expense invoice batch auditing. This role utilizes multiple systems including SAP, SRM, Open Text, and PRMS. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow defined procedures, and a focus on maintaining internal controls and processing accuracy in a high-volume environment.
