How you make a difference The Assistant Regional Director of Mental Health (ARDMH) assists in ensuring the mental services meet or exceed the local standard of care and that the programs provided are consistent across all sites at the direction of the Regional Mental Health Director. Assumes a consultative role within the field operations organization, meaning they provide guidance, direction and support of Mental Health programs as requested by supervisors, ensuring Mental Health staff are trained and supported in the delivery of care, acting as a conduit for the sharing of information and collaborating with field operations and clinical leadership. Work collaboratively with the RMHD to provide clinical oversight, case consultation, training, and on-boarding, suicide prevention programmatic tools and clinical supervision to site mental health leadership. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: - Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or behavioral science field.
