Talent Acquisition Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company’s Global Talent, Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing talent acquisition strategies, processes, tools/technology and practices globally. This includes building relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, conducting market research, and analyzing talent acquisition metrics to identify trends, best practices and data-driven insights to help influence decisions. The ideal candidate has experience with full lifecycle recruiting and has worked within an applicant tracking system (ATS). The Talent Acquisition Analyst ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as provide training and guidance on talent acquisition tools and processes.
