Role overview: We are looking for an HR Operations & Compliance Partner to support and scale our HR infrastructure in Italy while contributing to broader European initiatives. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of HR Operations and compliance, working closely with leadership to ensure we operate efficiently and in line with local labor laws in a fast-paced environment.
