Glascott is looking for a hard-working, problem-solving Safety Officer to join the Sydney team. At Glascott, safety isn’t a checklist — it’s a core value. With over 38 years of delivering large-scale landscape and civil construction projects across Australia, we are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Safety Officer to support our project and maintenance teams and uphold our strong safety culture. This role is ideal for a motivated safety professional who thrives in a dynamic construction / maintenance environments and is passionate about driving best-practice WHS outcomes. About the Role: Reporting to the National HSEQ Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams by implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving safety systems across active projects. You will work across both of our brands Glascott and Technigro to support our construction projects along with our maintenance divisions.
