Job description

GSOC Operator As a GSOC Operator, you will play a critical role in safeguarding ACE’s employees and assets by monitoring, verifying, and responding to safety and security issues. Under the direction of the GSOC Supervisor, you will operate in a 24/7 GSOC environment, utilizing a variety of tools, including access control systems, alarm monitoring, open-source media, and internal resources, to identify, assess, and escalate incidents that may impact the organization. Responsibilities include real-time surveillance of multiple information streams, incident detection and analysis, and timely notification of relevant parties regarding risks such as severe weather, crime, technical failures, and breaking news events. Your vigilance and analytical skills help ensure the security and resilience of ACE enterprise.
