Group Leader, Manufacturing (3rd Shift)

Job Summary Salary Range: $21.00 to $23.00 Per Hour, dependent upon education and experience. The Manufacturing Group Leader offers primary support for the Production supervisor. This position will assist all daily operations of a functional department without direct supervision on the shift. In addition, the position is responsible for production troubleshooting and reprocessing, assisting training all employees on that shift, allocating resources, scheduling shift activity and insuring cGMP compliance in operation. Responsibilities: 1. Assists in coordinating all aspects of department operations to include schedule changes, quality issues and distribution of resources and break schedules. 2. Reviews device history records and other production documentation for accuracy and completeness. 3. Assists in ensuring that all employees are following safety, cGMP and department policies and procedures. Communicates issues or non-compliance to supervisor when necessary. 4. Effectively communicates to Supervisor with feedback on personnel, equipment schedule/component problems or safety issues as well as on short-term goals/ priorities. 5.
