Riverside Dr. Ontario CA 91791 Pay Rate: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour + discounted onsite housing (1-bed / 1-bath: $700 employee rent) Schedule: Part-time | 26-28 Hours per Week About the Role: The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the assigned residential property. This role oversees day-to-day property functions, including resident relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance, to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and highly functioning environment. The Property Manager serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing property value and occupancy.
