Description Industrial Maintenance Technician- 2nd shift!: Location: Lake in the Hills, IL Schedule: 2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm (Training on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks) Compensation: $30-$34/hour + $2.50 Second Shift Differential AFC is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the repair, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our production equipment and facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment and brings a strong mix of mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge, including working with machinery, drives, and process equipment. Responsibilities: Physical and Visual Activities: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, reaching, climbing, handling, typing, feeling, hearing, acute vision (far), acute vision (near), depth perception, field of vision, crouching, twisting.
