Ungulate Keeper Work pattern: Includes weekends, bank holidays and some evenings Duration: Permanent Salaried 37.5 hours per week West Midlands Safari Park are currently recruiting for an Animal Keeper on our Ungulates section. This is an exciting opportunity, where we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate the ability and knowledge to work with our extensive range of Ungulate species managed in a drive through system. The position involves husbandry tasks, such as feeding, cleaning, health monitoring and enclosure maintenance delivered to a high standard. The position involves work in the Asia and African sections and all the species within. It includes monitoring of guests in our drive through reserves and delivering keeper talks. About you: The role requires someone who is confident, motivated and enthusiastic about wildlife conservation and has excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will require good wildlife knowledge and have an animal related qualification to HND level or above.
