Summary/Primary Purpose: Manage all aspects of Family Services and Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) including Home Visitation, Family Partnerships, Group Socializations, Parent Meetings and Transportation according to Federal Head Start Performance Standards. Coordinate and monitor implementation of the home-based curriculum. Provide supervision to Family Consultants, ERSEA & Compliance Coordinator and Van Driver.
