Job Description: The Process Engineering role is the heart of industrial design, focusing on the method of manufacturing goods with an emphasis on ergonomics, efficiency, productivity, manning, manufacturing for assembly, and process error proofing. You will be responsible for the following duties Lead productivity and efficiency workshops on existing lines to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining the quality required. Focus on reducing cycle time and scrap percentage to become best in class. Participate with the P1 design teams for new launches to aid in design for manufacturability within production environment constraints. Create and manage work instructions and applicable PFMEAs.
