Description JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Post-Processing Inventory Supervisor: DEPARTMENT: OPS - General Inventory Control JOB SUMMARY: The Post-Processing Inventory Supervisor oversees inventory and outbound shipping operations within the facility. This role ensures accurate product handling, documentation, tracking, record keeping, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The position supports inventory accuracy, returned product processing, outbound shipment coordination, and proper storage practices while working cross-functionally with Processing, Compliance, Packing/Sorter, Authorizations, and other operational teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PRIMARY DUTIES - Coordinate daily inventory flow to ensure accurate product handling, storage, movement, documentation, and outbound shipment processing. - Oversee product storage processes to ensure inventory is properly scanned, tracked, and maintained within designated locations. - Coordinate the flow of outbound product to ensure shipments are prepared, verified, tracked, and shipped according to company policy. - Select appropriate shipping methods and carriers to meet delivery deadlines and cost targets. - Prep...
