Control Systems Networking Engineer

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience leading the technical design and implementation of OT infrastructure and networking. - Experience in industrial control system architecture as it pertains to network segmentation, standard protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, OPC, IEC 61850), and system administration. - Experience in industrial control system hardware (e.g., PLCs, relays, IEDs, IO modules) and their integration with networking layers. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in Engineering or Networking. - 5 years of experience working with facilities (e.g., data centers, power plants, or manufacturing). - Experience leading OT networking maturation and improvement initiatives (e.g., secure by design principles, and segmentation strategies). - Experience with OT networking design and integration. - Ability to generate technical product specifications/requirements, conceptual schematics, and system architecture drawings to drive control networking system projects.
