The Blend/Evaporator operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plants blend/evaporators to produce safe quality juice. The blend/evaporators remove water from single strength juice to convert the juice to concentrate. Concentrated orange juice is the company’s single largest selling product. The operator may work any shift and may cross train with other operators. In the absence of this person, another operator or group lead will perform these duties. Primary Responsibilities: Food Safety is the responsibility of all Ventura Coastal manufacturing employees.
