About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Service Transition & Change Assurance Lead to join the Global Payments & Liquidity Technology (GPLT) organization. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, risk, and production support, and plays a critical role in ensuring that technology changes and new services are introduced into production environments safely, predictably, and with full operational readiness across the payments estate. The environment is highly regulated and high‑volume, so this role requires a strong controls mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to challenge delivery teams when readiness or risk standards are not met.
