The Role: We are seeking reliable, professional and community-minded Residential Services Duty Managers to join our Residential Services team. Reporting to the Residential & Events Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents while overseeing the security and day-to-day operations of the College during evenings and weekends. As the primary on-site contact outside standard business hours, you will play an important role in supporting student wellbeing, responding to incidents and emergencies, managing front office operations, and ensuring residents and visitors receive a positive and professional experience.
