Anticipated End Date: 2026-04-24 Position Title: Care Coordinator Job Description: Care Coordinator Shift: 8:30 am to 5:45 pm PT Virtual : This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. The Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of care for members. R esponsible for reviewing Nursing clinical notes and approving Invoices for Nursing Agency payments.
