Ridgeview Health Center is looking for a Full Time Admissions Coordinator! GENERAL SUMMARY: Coordinates admissions to Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, and markets the facility to prospective residents and/or their representatives. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: - Coordinates admissions to skilled nursing. Obtains insurance authorizations, including Medicare eligibility. Notifies all appropriate departments of the pending admission, prepares the admission packet, entering complete information into the computer system, and requests needed documents from resident or resident representative. - Completes the admission contract and notifies each department with their required information.
