Job description
The Administrative Coordinator will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and work independently with little or no supervision. You must have acute attention to detail, the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. *Please note that our final candidate must be Catholic. This position is housed at the Catholic Center located in downtown Baltimore City. Essential Functions: - Responding to internal and external phone calls, inquiries, and visitors. - Event planning, including registration, client relations, fluency with online platforms. - Initiating or responding to correspondence and memoranda. - May serve as administrative liaison internally and outside the organization regarding issues affecting departmental activities. - Processing paperwork for financial transactions and related budgetary matters. - Calendaring, coordinating, scheduling, and setting up for meetings, webinars, presentations, etc. - Creating/adding/editing/posting content on website and social media utilizing design softwa...
