Warranty Investigation Technician (m/f/x)

Job description

Your Responsibilities You are responsible for the inspection and diagnosis of complete engines as well as individual components and small parts, in active collaboration with your assembly colleagues You analyze fault patterns, identify their root causes, and present them in a clear and comprehensible manner You carry out effectiveness tests on product-improved components and/or assemblies You are responsible for initiating and maintaining relevant data in internal Liebherrr systems and for processing supplier complaints You prepare comprehensive technical reports in the event of damage cases You participate in internal and external meetings and provide technical support (e.g., Customer Service, Supplier Management, Research & Development) You provide technical support to Customer Service account managers and offer decision-making guidance in the processing of warranty claims You provide technical support to technical departments (e.g., Quality, Development) within the framework of product improvement processes You are responsible for the timely completion of your investigations and for meeting specified deadlines Your Profile: You have completed vocational training (EFZ/CFC) as a m...
