About the role: The Member Services Representative will take incoming calls and emails from group contacts, members, medical providers, and affiliates to answer any questions they have related to the member’s eligibility & benefits. The Member Services Representatives are primarily responsible for educating members on how to maximize the use of their benefits. What you'll do: - Handling client's questions over the phone and via email. Questions vary greatly, and there is no script.
