Cory operates the Transfer Station at Cringle Dock in addition to its existing Transfer Stations operated on behalf of the Western Riverside Waste Authority (Smugglers Way), City of London (Walbrook Wharf), Tower Hamlets (Northumberland Wharf) and Barking. Cory has invested over £900 million in its operations and river infrastructure in recent years. This includes our brand-new Riverside 2 energy from waste facility next to the company's existing energy from waste facility in Belvedere. As a Maintenance Engineer based at Cringle Dock , you’ll be a key member of the engineering team supporting one of Cory’s operational Transfer Stations. This is a hands‑on role where your technical expertise directly contributes to keeping critical plant and equipment running at optimal performance. You’ll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance to a high standard, as well as responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs, modifications and improvements.
