Job DetailsJob Location: Eagle Lake , TX 77434Position Type: Part-TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma/GEDJob Shift: Various ShiftsJOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and provides some work direction to custodial staff. The incumbent is accountable for the completions of assigned duties with a minimum level of supervision. The incumbent interacts positively with various customer/client point of contacts, EU staff and responds to requests personally and effectively. The incumbent must work to ensure exceptional EU custodial services are maintained at all customer facilities. QualificationsESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate safe work habits and observe all applicable worker safety practices, including the use of required personal protective equipment. Perform janitorial duties as necessary to meet customer/contract requirements. Operate motorized equipment used for cleaning. Perform other duties as assigned by the Custodial Manager and Supervisors that pertain to the job duties.
