Contract type: Permanent Location: Alderley Park Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office Closing date: 27/05/2026 We’re looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our Test Services team within Group Technology & Change. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our systems, supporting the delivery of new and enhanced technology solutions across Royal London. Reporting to a Technical Lead or Lead Test Analyst, you’ll take ownership of complex testing activities, using your technical expertise to design, execute and improve both functional and non‑functional testing. You’ll also support and mentor other Test Analysts, helping to raise standards and capability across the team. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities to influence testing strategy, introduce improvements and work closely with delivery teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
