Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. - Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). Preferred qualifications: - Experience translating technical concepts and solutions for non-technical and executive audiences. - Experience presenting to executive or technical audiences. - Ability to work with minimal guidance in an unstructured environment with multiple teams and stakeholders. - Ability to think strategically and influence cross-functional stakeholders with opinions. - Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
