General Summary: - The DDCI Patient Service Representative is responsible for patient flow in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Greets patients warmly and respectfully in a professional manner. Assisting patients with any needs. - Registers patients by obtaining complete demographic information, insurance information. Enters information accurately into the system with minimal errors. Collecting co-pays. - Answers telephone promptly, triages patient calls. Communicating patient care/needs with clinics. - Incoming Referrals, gathering all records/films/orders needed for appoints. Scanning documents in patient charts. - Organizing patient appointments. Tracking/Obtaining authorizations when needed. - Work as a team in completing work queues in EPIC. Fixing identified errors. - Completing all given tasks within a timely manner....
