MPS provides back office support, warehousing, and, fulfillment for Macmillan US, and is their primary distribution facility for North America. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all aspects of computer operations on assigned shifts. Review clarity and accuracy of documentation, ensure adherence to operational and help desk procedures, and coordinate with both technical and programming staff to ensure smooth work flow for job turnovers with corresponding documentation and procedures.
