At this time, we are seeking candidates who are based in the state of California, as this role directly supports our California-based Centers and operations. WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community-based services. The People Advisor champions WelbeHealth’s culture, values, and mission by partnering with leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance, and the alignment of people practices with business needs across designated Centers or Client Groups. This role serves as a strategic advisor and coach to Executive Directors and Center and Client group leadership teams, working closely with operational leaders to create people strategies that enhance workforce stability, build supervisor capability, develop healthy team dynamics, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
