Job Title Specialist - Student Rec Events Department: Student Recreation Center: Salary: $48,920 - $60,252; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function: The Specialist-Student Recreation Center Events serves as the central point of coordination for all facility scheduling, reservations, and external rentals for Campus Recreation. This position provides sole ownership and oversight of the departmental calendar and reservation systems, ensuring that all internal and external events are accurately scheduled and executed. Responsible for managing external client relationships, contracts, invoicing, and event logistics, while also coordinating internal program reservations across all program areas. Provides supervision of student event staff and supports departmental outreach efforts to increase awareness, participation, and revenue generation. This role allows program coordinators to focus on student development and program delivery by centralizing scheduling and reservation responsibilities.
