The position supports psychological, medical, educational, and administrative functions by facilitating accurate, timely, and culturally appropriate communication between English‑speaking staff, Spanish‑speaking youth, and their families. The role also contributes to a safe, secure, and trauma‑informed environment by participating in emergency response, crisis de‑escalation, and basic health interventions, consistent with Handle with Care, CPR, First Aid, and Narcan training requirements.
