Lead Salad Bar

Job description

This is a full time position working primarily early day shifts, 6am-230pm, with weekends and holidays required. Excellent knife skills and previous leadership experience required. $18.89 - $21.47 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all products on the salad bar. This person will be preparing items for the salad bar, mixing salad dressings, setting up and taking down the salad bar and soup bar, preparing to-go salads, sandwiches, and dips, training new salad bar associates, determining production and inventory levels, receiving and stocking product, and providing exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the kitchen provides - Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the salad bar - Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items - Ensures the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Delivers excellent customer s...
