Company Description Senior Mechanical-HVAC Engineer in the Advanced Manufacturing Division of Ramboll . Ramboll is actively seeking a Mechanical Engineer in our Binghamton, NY office. The selected candidate for this position will be expected to work across a wide range of mechanical engineering knowledge areas and have a desired focus area in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning related work. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: - Performing design and engineering work in various areas of the mechanical discipline. The majority of the work will be related to heating, ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC); however, the candidate should also expect work in industrial piping, plumbing, central utility plants, compressed air systems, chilled water systems, steam systems, and fire protection. - Coordinating with other engineering disciplines to produce final construction drawings and details associated with mechanical engineering projects. - Developing conceptual designs and cost estimates for early stages of the project life cycle. - Creating design drawings utilizing Revit 3D design software. - Conducting or participating in inve...
