We are seeking a financially grounded and strategic Senior Manager to join our Global Merchandise Planning Insights team and help drive smarter, faster decisions across planning. This role is pivotal in driving pre-season and in-season planning strategies that shape our product investment decisions, support financial targets, and enable profitable growth across our global business. You’ll be part of the Global Planning team, reporting to the Director of Global Planning, and will manage a small team (2-3 direct reports). You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Global Planning, Global Merchandising, Finance, and Cluster teams to deliver high-impact insights and recommendations that fuel growth.
