Job Description & Summary Human Capital Business Partners at PwC Poland is a team of 20 specialists. We work closely with people on a daily basis, supporting them in our corporate employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee evaluation, promotions to key positions in the company, and the salary increase process. We are looking for: Junior HC Business Partner for the MSO Team Your future role: - Ongoing operational support in HR for Team Leaders - Ongoing support for the HC Business Partner in handling and coordinating LDE (Leadership Development Experience) processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, salary review, talent review, budgeting, etc.) - Cooperation with the personnel and finance controlling team in preparing forecasts and verifying the budget by preparing data such as headcount, joiners, and leavers - Participation in HR consulting for the business - Cooperation with HC Business Partners and other teams within the department structure - Assist in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including...
