A Brief Overview: Preference Card Coordinator RN is responsible for maintaining an accurate, efficient, and data driven preference card system across multiple sites, ensuring alignment of patient care needs and resources. They will be Subject Matter Experts in EPIC preference cards. They will work directly with staff, clinicians, managers, vendors & supply chain personnel to ensure all needed instruments, specialty supplies, implants, tissues etc. are on the preference cards and correct cards selected for scheduled procedures. Responsibilities will include but not limited to preference card management, case need projections, trials & evaluations, and process improvement projects within area of service / department. Works closely with Service heads, scheduling office, SPD and supply chain.
