Job Description: As a Change Lead, you’ll own the people side of our strategic annual operating plan - bringing our teams with us so new ways of working are understood, embraced and adopted. You’ll create the change approach, mobilise leaders and champions, and build the communications, learning and reinforcement needed to deliver measurable business benefit.
