Qualifications: - Welcome and greet guests enthusiastically with a warm friendly smile in accordance with the script provided by Management. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them. - Comply with standard grooming and dress code policies expressed in the Employee Handbook. - Develop personal relationships with guests and ensure that they have a positive and memorable experience. - Polish and prepare silverware used in service. - Check tables for clean and proper set up before seating guest. - Conform to acceptable attendance and punctuality standards as expressed in the Employee Handbook. - Report all unsatisfactory customer experiences to restaurant manager. - Inform guests of specials and menu changes. - Learn the menu and all of its items so that you can make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy. - Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
