Overview Under the direction of the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, this position is responsible for representing PHC in the assigned region. This includes strategic planning, implementation of programs or benefits, and developing relationships in the health care delivery system of each community served by the regional office. Oversees the day-to-day operations of PHC’s Regional Office and Regional Office staff; acting as PHC’s Regional community liaison with PHC’s stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Oversees the successful operation of PHC’s existing programs and lines of business and assists with planning, implementation, and evaluation of new programs. - With direction from the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, recommends, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for the Regional Office within PHC’s larger organizational goals and objectives. - Fosters communication and collaboration with operational department leaders, including: Provider Relations, QI, Member Services, Health Services, Behavioral Health and Communications through regular meetings in order to execute important PHC programs and initiatives in the local region. - In cooperation with department...
