The work entails working with numerous cross functional teams and stakeholders to understand and manage escalations between teams related to network operations and enterprise teams. This role is responsible for hands-on development of creating and maintaining relevant processes and procedures to standardize and optimize efficiency. This position requires prior experience in network operations at a telecommunications service provider or similar capacity. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO.
