Job Description: As the Gaming Support Lead - Systems & Training , you’ll be the critical bridge between high-level gaming strategy and on-the-ground operational excellence. You will oversee the tactical implementation and training of loyalty & system-based gaming strategies and supporting the day-to-day operations for venue gaming teams. As a key partner to the broader gaming team and technology, you will ensure that all systems are optimised for peak performance by focusing on operational simplification, in venue system education and operational compliance.
