Position Title: Human Resources Generalist - Leave Management Job Code: Job Code: JC100027 Pay Range: $6,660.00 - $8,888.00 Job Description: Summary The Human Resources Generalist – Leave Management supports the organization by administering and coordinating employee leave programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a fair and consistent approach to employee absences. This position serves as a resource to managers and employees on leave-related matters, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other protected and non-protected leaves. The role provides guidance on policy interpretation, manages leave cases, and ensures accurate documentation and communication throughout the leave process to support both employee needs and organizational operations. Scope of Responsibility: The incumbent will perform frequent new and varied work situations involving a moderate degree of complexity and will be responsible for developing policies and objectives that govern the work of the position.
