Registered Nurse – In Home Care (Community Experience) - Geelong - Full Time ​ About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Grade 3A to join our Victoria team on a full-time basis. We are primarily looking for nurses based in Geelong and Surrounding areas, although the role may require coverage across neighbouring regions. The primary purpose of the In-Home Care (IHC) Primary Nurse Registered Division 1 is to provide comprehensive clinical care to consumers in a community setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the role is responsible for delivering high quality, best practice care that meets the expectation of the consumer and demonstrates a commitment to maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort and quality of life for consumers. As a Nurse, you will provide care and support that enhances the health and wellbeing of our customers that continue living in the community, in their own homes and who are committed to the needs of our customers.
