We’re looking for a Sales Support professional to play a key coordination role between customers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Production, and Scheduling teams. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on customer service, scheduling, and order coordination . You’ll be at the centre of operations — ensuring jobs are set up correctly, timelines are met, and communication flows seamlessly between all stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries are on time, and customers are kept informed every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll play a key role in supporting BDMs and customers by coordinating jobs from start to finish, ensuring orders are accurately processed, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
