Job Description Summary The Industrialisation Engineer – Manufacturing will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems for GE Vernova’s power electronics products used in its global HVDC projects. As a visible member of the manufacturing team, you will be one of the key experts for production processes and systems. Working within the SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) framework, your input will help drive annual production improvements. In this role, you will utilise cutting-edge technologies to improve safety, production efficiency, product quality, and overall manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, manufacturing technologies, and a passion for innovation. This role ensures that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with regulatory standards. With an increasing workload, safety, quality, and efficiency across all operations will be critical to meeting our business targets.
