The Opportunity: As a dedicated Benefits Advisor Lead for Benefit Program Performance , you will be responsible for the assessment of benefit plans, programs, and services to ensures program performance is aligned with the total rewards philosophy and HR strategy. Provide data-based strategic insights and design solutions covering a wide range of benefit programs including health & welfare, retirement, work-life, total health management, voluntary benefits and time off programs. Leads efforts to monitor enterprise risk regarding benefit programs and services associated with legislative, regulatory, market and expense trends.
