We are building the best field team in the market and promote almost exclusively from within. THE OPPORTUNITY: Van Leads are the backbone of Shine's daily field operations. You own the job from start to finish — loading the van, running the crew, executing the service, and closing out with the customer. This is a leadership role in the field with direct commission upside tied to your crew's production. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Lead a 2-3 person crew on daily residential and commercial service jobs - Manage van loading, equipment setup, and job site organization - Deliver high-quality window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning - Communicate professionally with customers on-site and address any concerns - Complete post-job confirmation checklist before leaving any job site - Main...
