Medior Marketing Analytics Specialist (32/40 hours per week) The Role in Brief: You will be at the centre of improving CRM effectiveness in the business through creating measurement, analysis, and insights. Spanning email, text, reminders, and more channels, your role is to make sure we understand how customers are interacting with us at each digital touchpoint and therefore where we can improve performance, retention, and lifetime value. We are looking for somebody who can think critically about the customer experience to ask the right questions, but also with the data and analysis skills to find the answers. Please note: To be eligible for this position, candidates must already reside in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands. Responsibilities: · At least 2 years’ experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Emarsys, Braze, SFMC) and associated databases · Power BI expertise (including DAX, time intelligence, complex data models, parameter fields, scheduling, and working with multiple source types) which you will need to apply to build out a full CRM reporting suite · Excellent analytical skills, from determining and sourcing relev...
