Job Title Service AC Power Customer Engineer (UPS system) Line Manager Service Field Supervisor: Responsibility and reporting lines Service Manager Created by Service Manager: Summary of the role: - Responsible for startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for VERTIV UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment. Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent relations with all customers, salesmen, distributors, and others within the area. - Maintain continuous communications with dispatching team and the department Manager/Supervisor. - Responsible for the assigned spares VAN stock. - Follow and respect, in all its technical interventions, the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv Spain, and those that are specific to the client's facilities where the intervention is carried out.
